I felt safe and well taken care of. Taha was always quick to respond to my requests, providing information even before check-in. The sun terrace and beach access were perfect.

Stunning and incredible location for visiting bars and pubs.

Beds and pillows in my superior room were good. Had a living room, a safe, and blackout drapes. It was in an absolutely perfect location with Orange Beach nearby. The staff was always available throughout my stay.

Night sky, perfect for a relaxing evening. My suite was well-appointed and spacious, but the limited beach access card system could be improved. Taha's guidance for local dining and activities.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a beautiful area, just next door to the sea and city centre as well as two beaches that are nice and cozy. The room was neat and included a living area and blackout curtains, enjoyed it. Particularly good location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

Liked our suite, it was spotless and new-fashioned.

The Superior Room with Balcony and Sea View offered fine visual splendor. High marks for the spaciousness and cleanliness of the accommodation-you'll feel right at home here.

Road noise cut through the night. The lobby area felt uninviting, with ugly cleaning signs everywhere, and it could benefit from some comfortable seating and a coffee station. Soundproofing in the rooms wasn't up to snuff. Footsteps and chatter in the corridor echoed clearly into the rooms.

Location - perfect, near to the touristic area worth visiting as well as the center of the city.

Nice spacious room with fine views of the Red Sea. Air conditioning worked perfectly, a relief in the hot weather. The rooftop terrace offered great sunset views. Taha was helpful, checking in with me via WhatsApp, ensuring I had everything I needed before even checking in. The limited beach access card system could use some improvement. Road noise at night made it hard to sleep at times, and the lobby area felt a bit uninviting. A coffee station would be a nice addition. I enjoyed my stay despite a few hiccups.

Oh man, the cream cakes from Azzurro Cafe were divine-like a little slice of heaven! Plus, the spacious room was super clean and bright. Taha was a champ.

It was just a perfect match for a holiday in Hurghada with reasonable value. The air conditioning in the room worked great despite the hot weather outside. Use the beach access card wisely to make the most out of the stay.

great family experience but some areas need improvement

The room was spacious, allowing our family to move around comfortably. The views from the rooftop, especially at sunset, were amazing and made for perfect evening relaxations. Particularly Taha, were really good in. We also enjoyed the beautiful sea view from our room.

The road noise at night could be quite disruptive and made it difficult to get a restful sleep.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. Everything close, including restaurants and shops. Taha was so friendly, always checking in on me through WhatsApp. The large room was super clean, and I loved the rooftop views!

the wifi was kinda slow,, but the view from the rooftop was stunning! the room had a big modern microwave, and the staff, especially taha, were super friendly and helpful. access to two beaches was a nice bonus!
